When you come into a children’s hospital where orphaned children are being treated, or into a state orphanage, you can feel a strong sense of the forlorn that comes from the bare monotonous walls… and these children can spend all their time in this atmosphere.

We want the lives of these children to become more colorful and to use these walls “to help” and to reinvigorate their childhood. That is why we invite painters to join our project by decorating walls in children’s hospitals and state orphanages - a project that was started by volunteer painters in Zimbalin Children’s Social Hospital, St. Olga Hospital, Pediatric Academy, Children’s Municipal Hospital #3 on Vasiljevsky Island.

If you are a painter and you are willing to offer your time and utilise your talent decorating the walls of children’s hospital or orphanages, please contact us and we will be very glad to welcome you to our project.

This project is full of joy as creative work has a wonderful, transformative and magical power. We believe that if a person experiences beauty, hope comes to their soul…
