Volunteers in the social group 'Petersburg’s Parents' are people who dedicate their free time to helping orphaned children.

These volunteers visit children in hospitals and orphanages playing games, bringing smiles and overseeing the children's general well-being.

Volunteers also organize useful training workshops specifically for the older children.

Moreover, they teach these children to see unusual things in the usual ones and to create miracles with their own hands.

This includes conducting classes in:

• Creating balloon characters
• Macramé
• Toy-making using knitting, pulled wool and other methods
• Soap-making

Together with studio «Da!» we organize animation schools in orphanages to allow children not only to see but also to imagine, illustrate and create dialogue for cartoons.

Responsible, active and happy people are required to join our project!

We conduct free training and instruction for all our volunteers.

In the future we plan to organize internships in different cities in Russia and other countries.

Interviews with prospective volunteers will be conducted at: Metro Station «Chernishevskaya», Robespierre Quay 22, at the office of «Niro Fond».
